InternshipDesk is very excited about going into our 5th year of placing interns around the world. The company is a subsidiary of the Arcotech Group and is allied with companies with annual revenues that exceed $500 million annually. Our management team and board of directors are a group of internationally experienced, multi-national business owners who have collaborated on a philanthropic venture to provide career development opportunities to qualified candidates globally. Arvind SarafChairman
Board Member
Mr. Arvind K Saraf, 52, an industrialist and the Chairman of Arcotech Group, has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and the service industry. He is known for his entrepreneurial activities, leadership and team building capabilities. Mr. Saraf serves as a primary leader in regards to the direction of the programs globally. He understands what it takes to be successful and is sharing best practices with our team so we can pass them on to our students.
Craig PiattiCEO (Worldwide Operations)

Mr. Piatti always had an interest in international travel, new cultures, professional development, and the unknown. Before founding InternshipDesk, Craig completed an international education, graduating with a dual degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business (BSc Marketing, Operations, International Studies) and the European School of Business in Germany (BWL International Management). He speaks fluent Chinese and German. In the past he worked in major multinational firms in the USA, Germany, Singapore, China, Bahrain, India and has experience working with many more.

C.J. has joined the InternshipDesk team this year to share his 20+ years of international business experience with us and our candidates. He has played the world's sport, football (soccer), professionally in Finland, worked for CNN International, owned his own wholesale company in Scotland and has traveled to and done business in China during his time in global logistics. In addition to this, his favorite past-time is international travel. C.J. Seestadt will be leading our operations team in creating the best possible experience for our program participants wherever they may be in the world.
Maninder KohliExecutive Director (India)

Maninder Kohli comes from 20+ years of international business experience with the last 20 being at Citibank. Recently retired from Citibank, he has found a niche in helping students from around world develop their international careers. Maninder was drawn to the mountains at an early age inspired by his father, Captain MS Kohli, who led India's path breaking climb of Everest in 1965. He believes that outdoor adventure is a great way to unwind from the stress of modern corporate life. Maninder is a strong advocate of leading groups into the outdoors and feels that it is very important that everyone is given the "proper" introduction to adventure.
Jon AndersonExecutive Director (China)
Drawing on more than 15 years of in-country experience in Asia, Europe and Latin America, Jon Anderson specializes in the areas of new market entry and business startups, recruiting and team development, government relations and acquisition due diligence with a focus on China. As the director of InternshipDesk's China operation, Jon recruited and built a local team to support our students in achieving their international career ambitions. Jon held positions as Vice President of Human Resources for Littelfuse, Inc., and Director of Human Resources and Administration for a high-tech division of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. He holds a B.S. in psychology from Purdue and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Additionally, he has earned the SeniorProfessional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Shanghai).
Rony DavidoffExecutive Director (Israel)

Rony Davidoff has joined the InternshipDesk team in an effort to open up opportunities in Israel to the rest of the world. Mr. Davidoff is Founder, President and CEO of the "Davidoff Group". Rony Davidoff joined the Davidoff family business in 1985 after receiving his B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University. Rony then completed his insurance studies at the "College of Insurance", qualifying as a licensed insurance broker in various fields. Since those early days, Davidoff has been guided by his commitment to excellence, and has built the Davidoff Groupīs competitive advantage by maintaining that commitment. Driven by a wealth of ambition, creativity and stamina, Davidoff has since successfully turned a small family business with a single employee into a specialized worldwide concern. Davidoff holds a B.A. in Economics from "Tel Aviv University".
Guatam KhaitanBoard Member
Mr. Khaitan serves as an advisor to the InternshipDesk team. His vast knowledge of international law in regards to big business is invaluable. He currently works on the corporate & commercial matters of his Firm (O.P. Khaitan & Co.) with primary involvement in the litigation, arbitration, conveyancing and other practice areas of the Firm. He has considerable experience over a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on international corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, investments in India and abroad, infrastructure projects, banking, venture capital, corporate finance and securities regulations and insurance laws. His practice also includes obtaining regulatory approvals for investors, setting up of companies, advising and working on transactions like franchising, business conducting, distributorship, agency and providing all
types of general legal advice. Gautam Khaitan has also worked with various international law firms around the Globe. He extensively travels abroad for client related work. He is a member of various international and national organizations and is author of several articles in law and business journals, magazines and newspapers. He is also a director in various private & public limited companies.
